Our Story

Blanchard & Rossetto, Inc was started by Robert F Blanchard and Paul J Rossetto in 1975. They were one of the first company’s to join the ERA network in 1977 to become ERA Blanchard & Rossetto Inc. Throughout the 70’s and 80’s the firm not only represented buyers and sellers but also developed parts of Manchester including  Rossetto Dr and Westerly st. ERA Blanchard and Rossetto Inc was owned and operated by Robert F Blanchard until 2015 when he sold the firm to Eric Gregan.  ERA Blanchard & Rossetto Inc has enjoyed a long-standing reputation for excellence since 1977 in the Manchester, CT area. The business expertise and talents of owner/broker Eric Gregan have proven successful over the past years.  ERA Blanchard & Rossetto is located at the intersection of West Center and McKee Streets and from there we are able to service a variety of communities in but not limited to the Hartford County area.
